I’m Dawn, the main teacher of this program. I have been practicing and studying yoga for more than 20 years and teaching hatha yoga classes for more than 10 years. My classes empower people to live more fully in their bodies, to show up for themselves and their lives. In this, my 7th year teaching trainings, I would love to teach you how to become a wholehearted 8 limb yoga teacher, bringing the best of yourself to life, for you, your students, and the world.
