Service Description

In this workshop we will flow through some very gentle movements that focus on the Sacral Chakra--our energy center of creativity, dreams, freedom, joy, ambitions and passion. After movement, we will explore some journaling, free-flow & abstract doodling, and then a few more creative exercises. For a wrap-up, we'll share some insights into all the levels of explored creativity to see how they tie together and hopefully learn a little something from our intuitive, creative inner-self! Please wear comfy clothes for movement, bring a mat if you have one. Art supplies, tea, and snacks are all provided.
