Service Description

The new moon represents the beginning of the lunar cycle, a time of reflection, introspection, and planting seeds for the future This is the intent of our gathering--we will be celebrating and calling upon the wisdom and energy of the lunar phases. We will discuss the astrological implications of the new moon and the zodiac sign that it is in, practice restorative yoga, and use meditation, sound, and journaling to connect with intentions for the lunar cycle. There will be time and space provided for reflecting, sharing and connecting around the themes of the new moon. Please wear clothes that are comfortable to move in and bring your mat, a journal, and a pen.
