Reset and balance the body and mind. Slow down and release what is no longer serving you. This class will use postures to release tension and discomfort before easing into a 15 minute guided meditation. We end class with a few stretches to bring life back into your body and a short Metta (loving-kindness) Meditation. You will leave with less tension and more peace as you move into the world.
