Dee is guiding you to strengthen the body and burn the fire within. Weights are encouraged, but this rigorous workout without weights can be equally as effective! This is a fast-paced hour of movement and breath with specific breaks and opportunities to tone down if needed--however you approach this practice will result in feeling strong!
