Karin Burnes splits her time between Minnesota and California and we're lucky to have her pop into River Yoga to guide this All - Levels Flow class!
A bit about Karin: I first started yoga in 2010 to learn relaxation techniques to quiet my busy mind. As a past gymnast and springboard diver, I immediately fell in love with the practice and wanted more. I signed up for an RYT 200 Hatha Yoga Certification and graduated the day before the birth of my 3rd child!
In my opinion, Yoga is the perfect exercise for both a healthy body and a healthy mind. My style of teaching is practical and anatomy based. I focus on body mechanics, stress relief, and personal growth, both physical and emotional.
