Join Jill Dahler for Sweat & Sculpt every Wednesday in September! This class is all types of fun for your whole body. Class is re-designed weekly to a fresh new playlist made specifically to motivate you as you sculpt and build a balanced and strong physique. In addition to body-weight movements, we incorporate elements of power yoga, breath work into intervals of cardio endurance, targeted muscle burnouts and deep core work. If you're into testing your limits and you enjoy a light hearted fitness based class with proper alignment, we'll see you in Sweat & Sculpt! All levels welcome!
