Our first Wellness Expo! Hours of the Expo and Sauna are 10am-5pm, and sign-up for Sauna time slots will be emailed to you in a confirmation email after you register. The Sauna time slots are 1/2 hour, but we tacked on an extra 15 minutes to allow time for sauna-ers to gather their things and clear the space. You're welcome to enjoy the cedar fire pit for as long as you'd like. If you're looking for a registration to Expo-only, please register on our Schedules page or bring your cash/check and pay at the door. The cost for that is $20 and includes tons of education, along with make-n-takes and awesome raffle prizes available! We will showcase numerous vendors in the Studio and host a mobile Sauna across the street in the City Hall parking lot -- learn, experience, sweat, breathe, try new things, and bring the kiddos! The sauna is available for 1/2 hour experiences (along with a cedar fire outside in a 'cooling off' area). Vendors will include Elderberry Syrup sampling; Herbalists; Astrology reading; CBD/THC for mental health; and rock painting for the Anoka Kindness Rock Garden (that one is for kiddos AND adults). The Sauna time-slot signup will be emailed to you upon purchase of your registration. Please reach out to us if you have specific questions -- we are here to help!

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 4 hours prior to class (refund available up until that time). If for some reason you have extenuating circumstances (Hey, life happens!) please email us directly.
