December 21 is the first day of winter and the shortest and darkest day of the year. It's an auspicious time of year as we start to embrace more light. This workshop will prepare you for and encourage you to create your own rituals for the Solstice. We will focus on a Yoga Flow using senses aside from our sight and practicing rituals of letting go. It's a reflective time to open up to personal change so we can be ready to show up in the Spring. Some Flow, some guided mediation, fire cider, journal prompts and more! Bring your mat, comfy clothes, water, and an open mind! (All other supplies will be provided)
