Have you heard of your psoas (so-az)? As the primary muscle connection between your spine and your legs, it's hard to believe it's not more known--but so many people haven't heard of this one! The psoas is the key to our upright nature and posture as humans--it is also intricately linked to our nervous systems (most of the large nerves that come out of our low back spine have to run through the psoas). This muscle holds so much tension... do you experience sciatica and general back pain? Very likely the psoas is the culprit. Come on over and work it out!
