Human connection is scientifically proven to be necessary for our heart health, our mental health, and our community health. The best way to increase our deep immunity, and calm our central nervous system is to connect with each other and exercise. 

 

River Yoga offers a safe and inclusive space for community to re-connect with each other and with each our own body. Our power lies in connection, not division.

 

Maybe you need calming of the nervous system, maybe you need a rigorous practice, maybe you just need a robust laugh…
