Join Dawn and Rewa this April for a deeply somatic experience that blends Reiki energy healing and sound therapy for profound renewal and release! This 90-minute practice includes breath work, intention setting, and restorative yoga postures designed to release held tension. Dawn will offer optional hands-on Reiki energy healing and therapeutic sound vibrations to move energy throughout the body.
