Join Rachel for a restorative sound bath -- an immersive experience designed to calm your nervous system, release stress, and invite deep rest. Through gentle vibrations and intentional sound, you’ll be supported in reconnecting with your body and breath while sharing space in collective care. This gathering is completely donation-based, with all proceeds going directly to Neighbors Helping Neighbors, a grassroots collective supporting communities impacted by recent ICE activity. We invite you to come as you are, rest deeply, and contribute in a way that feels accessible. Donations may be made in cash or via Venmo at the studio.
