Service Description

Join Dawn and Rewa this March for a deeply somatic experience that blends Reiki energy healing and sound therapy for profound renewal and release. This two-hour practice includes breath work, intention setting, and restorative yoga postures designed to release held tension. Dawn will offer optional hands-on Reiki energy healing and therapeutic sound vibrations to move energy throughout the body. The journey will culminate in a blissful, extended Savasana paired with guided meditation and sound.
