Service Description

Experience an informative 4-week introductory series exploring the fundamentals of classical Pilates. Each session begins and ends with fluid, familiar yoga-asana sequences you already know and love to prepare and restore your body. This deep dive into the art of "the Powerhouse" will introduce you to the breathwork, alignment, and control of Pilates. You’ll learn to engage your deep core, master lateral thoracic breathing, and find strength and stability in movement. By the end of this series, you will have mastered iconic exercises like "the Hundred", "the Series of Five", and "the Roll Up", gaining a new level of strength and precision that supports every move you make on and off your mat! **Attending all 4 sessions is beneficial, but not required
