Service Description

Nestled in the middle of a busy holiday season, this is a great opportunity to introduce your child to mind-body-breath exercises. Amy's practice is a full variety of yoga-centered activities, sure to be fun and educational for all! Ideal for children ages 2-11. Parents are welcome to join activities, or take a well-deserved break while the kids are engaged. $10 per family, any amount of kids are welcome!
