Service Description

This is a 90-minute monthly mix of gentle movement, optional hands-on Reiki energy work, and immersive soundscapes designed to shift you out of fight-or-flight and into rest-and-repair. Dawn will occasionally feature guest practitioners from complementary modalities — expanding this somatic toolkit while focusing on nervous system regulation and energetic renewal. Come as you are and bring any cozies that help you settle into relaxation and release. Spots are limited!
